Refund Policy

At Braunfeld Associates LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality business development bootcamps, both online and offline, to our participants. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring that our policies are clear and fair for everyone involved. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds for services provided by Braunfeld Associates LLC, operating under the laws of the State of Florida.

  1. General Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@tesserax.roijoygrowth.com or through our customer service portal. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request. Any applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

  1. Bootcamp Refunds
  • Full Refund: Participants are eligible for a full refund if a request is made within 7 days of purchase and no more than 15% of the bootcamp content has been accessed.
  • Partial Refund: A partial refund (50% of the program fee) is available if the request is made after accessing more than 15% of the content but within 30 days of purchase.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase or if more than 50% of the content has been accessed, whichever comes first.
  1. Program Cancellations by Braunfeld Associates LLC

In the event that Braunfeld Associates LLC cancels the ScaleBridge Miami bootcamp, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fees. However, Braunfeld Associates LLC will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

  1. Force Majeure

No refunds will be granted if a bootcamp or event is canceled, postponed, or altered due to circumstances beyond the control of Braunfeld Associates LLC, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a credit for future services.

  1. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
